Once opened, it is best to use within 1 month for table use and within 3 months for cooking use. San-J Cooking Sauces (10 oz.) are good for 1 year unopened. Must be refrigerated after opening. San-J Salad Dressings (8 oz.) are good for 1 year unopened. Must be refrigerated after opening.
