What is the Shipping Time for Genealogy and Gifts Items?
Framed and large items are shipped via UPS ground. • Names that are currently in the database ship out in 7-10 business days. • Names not in the database are sent to our dedicated Research Department (The largest facility of it’s kind in the World) and ship out in 5-7 weeks. • Hand-painted items take between 6-8 weeks for completion. • Please allow 10-12 weeks for Heirloom Embroideries as they are all hand stitched. • All unframed histories are placed in a tube and shipped via the US postal service. All of our Genealogy and Gift products are custom made and personalized to be a worthy reflection of your family name. You can be assured that your order is subject to our strict quality control procedures. Hand made items are created by our skilled heraldic artists, based on descriptions contained in historical records, and variations may occur due to artistic interpretation.
