NHSC is designed to serve underserved populations, and does not discriminate based on religion, or any other socio-economic or cultural reason. Therefore, any recipient of NHSC funding must not favor one cultural or economic group over another, unless it’s to better serve the underserved populations that make them NHSC-eligible, none of which are designated based on religion.
