What is the Smith & Nephew Employee Referral Program?
This is an awards program designed to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates for employment with Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics in the U.S. If a referral is hired, the referring employee will receive a cash bonus. Please see the bonus distribution timeline below. In addition, the name of the referring employee will be entered in a drawing to be held in September. ERP Referral Bonus Distribution For hourly positions: $600 $300 – First payday after referred candidate begins employment. $300 – Payday after referred candidate completes 6 months of service. For salaried positions: $1,200 $600 – First payday after referred candidate begins employment. $600 – Payday after referred candidate completes 6 months of service.
