Never use chum. Soul Geek will NEVER send an e-mail with a link, pop-up, or phone number requesting financial, personal, or account information. No matter how official it looks (with our logos and crap) never, never, never, reply to an e-mail or pop-up, asking for personal or financial information. DONT even think about clicking on links in the message. And DO NOT cut and past a link from the message into your browser phisher scumbags can make links look like they go to our site, but actually send you somewhere else. Furthermore, Soul Geek will NEVER send an e-mail instructing you to call a special phone number in order to correct an account problem. Do NOT give personal or financial information by way of such a phone number. In fact, dont even try calling a number found in such an e-mail. That would just be stupid. IF THERE IS EVER A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT WE WILL INSTRUCT YOU TO LOG INTO THE SITE ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY LINKS, CUTTING OR PASTING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.
