What is the source of Pathways expertise in the legal field?
We have been active in the Northern California legal field since 1969, so we know the area and the field as well as or better than anyone. Most of our current team of recruiters has been with Pathways for years, and have an intimate knowledge of the local environment. In addition, many of them worked in the legal field themselves, as paralegals or in human resources, before becoming recruiters.
