The starting salary and schedule for Fellows is the same as that for all teachers in Oakland Unified. For teachers with a bachelor’s degree and no other coursework or previous teaching experience, the starting salary for 2009-2010 is $39,456. Salary is scaled according to coursework and teaching experience in the Oakland Unified School District.
