What is the story on the Chocolate Lab we see running all the time?

We wish we knew. The lab has been seen for over a year now. We are reasonably sure he (yes, it is a he) has an owner. We believe he probably comes with an owner from the industrial park center off Cinder Bed Road. He is well fed and his coat is in very good condition. He is very friendly toward dogs — extremely skiddish of humans. He has been seen for over a year, usually in the morning, and generally in the area of the pool, Sky Blue Drive, High Valley, and Morning Ride Circle. Animal Control has been called repeatedly. Almost any dog owner in Landsdowne has also tried to catch him — without success. If you do catch him please call Cindi Potter (571.237.5813) or John Magnacca (703.966.3000). Thank You.
