What is the submittal process for the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF)?
ERCOT requires Resource registered information to be authorized by the Authorized Representative (AR) or Officer of the Resource Entity as registered with ERCOT. The two methods to submit a RARF are: 1. Preferably by using the digital certificate of the AR (Primary or Backup) to submit the RARF attached to a Service Request created in Texas Market Link (TML); 2. Or alternatively by submitting the RARF Authorization form and completed RARF to the ERCOT Registration team and ERCOT legal in electronic format.
