Under this program, DOR will waive unpaid penalties for eligible individual taxpayers with certain tax liabilities if the taxes are paid in full by April 30, 2009 for the tax period(s) assessed. The amnesty period begins on March 1, 2009 and ends on April 30, 2009. A Tax Amnesty Notice will be issued to eligible taxpayers beginning March 1, 2009.
