the offices at RBS bankside consist of a mixture of technology and operations staff that support the banks GBM Division and other divisions of RBS, there is not a switchboard for this office as none of the staff that work here are client facing and have support functions.. also with so many different functions in one location for several businesses it would be pointless having a switchboard. to confuse things further, there are many ex abn amro employees based here that were based in Bishopsgate and their phone numbers are prefixed 0207 678 where as other staffs numbers begin with 0203 361….
