What is the temperature of the Eppendorf Mastercycler lid when the program reaches 4°C Hold Enter?
When running the Mastercycler in Auto mode, upon reaching the step 4°C Hold Enter, the lid heating is switched off. Since the lid has no active cooling, the lid temperature slowly drops until it reaches room temperature. When running the cycler in Fix mode, the heated lid maintains the programmed temperature until the program is ended (by pressing Enter).
