The submission deadline for a call for tenders is always clearly indicatedin the call for tenders documents. This deadline is applied very strictly and is linked to the date of receipt of the offer by EUROCONTROL and not to the date on which the tender is being sent by the tenderer. This means that the postmark is not sufficient in itself as proof that the deadlines have been respected.
