PPAC does not cancel performances unless the State of Rhode Island declares a State of Emergency. If there are multiple performances of the same event (i.e. The Nutcracker), then the tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same event (i.e. Friday to Sunday). We will need the physical tickets in order to process the exchange, and the exchange must be processed prior to the performance which you are currently holding tickets for. We are unable to exchange group tickets or complimentary tickets. To obtain further information or assistance, please call the Box Office at (401) 421-2787..
