The Trading Standards Service – Consumer Charter (70Kb PDF) explains the Trading Standards Consumer Advice Service which is available to the public and local traders. It includes information on who can get help, what we can and cannot do and explains our standards of service. Consumer Advice is also involved in a number of consumer education initiatives throughout Flintshire and give talks and presentations to a wide range of interested groups and societies.
