What is the Traffic Blasting function?
Traffic Blasting is one of the functions associated with the autoVoIP Traffic Simulator tool. It operates in conjunction with the Traffic Simulation function, and is used to generate extra competitive traffic and non competitive traffic. The autoVoIP Traffic Simulator can then identify the loading level where the QoS is not acceptable and produce reports covering the SLA for the selected Simulator. In effect this allows you to see what the Quality of Service would be for a single user when different levels of VoIP and non VoIP traffic are present : This function requires a third PC platform to act as the Traffic Blaster Target system. The Traffic Blasting function is for short term usage (maximum continuous operation = 8 hours).
