I started playing sports, but before I had heart problems and I need to take proper care of myself in order not to make it worse, so I thought about how I would monitor my heart, started googling and found information about deep heart monitoring with Welltory app https://www.peerbits.com/blog/fitness-tracking-app-development.html . This is a great option for me. Now I will be calm that I am not the only one watching the heart!

Whatever you want to try in the fight against excess weight, you need a measuring tool to control it. Here is the app to check heart rate , using a smartphone camera, it monitors your heart rate variability and analyzes the state of the autonomic nervous system, tracking heart rate variability. Simply put, it tracks your body’s energy and stress levels. Become the best version of yourself through exercise and body tracking!

One thing I’m planning to do is to keep a sort of journal of my everyday things, such as food, what exercise I’ve done, how I’m feeling healthwise, etc. Besides helping me to really think about what I’m consuming, I’ll be able to keep track of things that might be a trigger for my illness. I haven’t found anything yet, but ya never know!
Overall I think my diet isn’t so bad. I don’t buy junky foods often. I just need to get my butt moving!! Why is it that mentally, it’s so hard to get a move on, when you know that you feel better after doing so??
I have rarely ever been one to stay sore from hard exercise after a good night’s sleep, so that’s certainly not my problem. Argh!

This refers to the training intensity needed for improvement in fitness level. In general, the minimal training intensity threshold is 60% of maximum heart rate. You can calculate an estimate of your minimum threshold by using this formula: (220 Your Age) x 0.60 = target heart beats per minute. For example, if you are 30 years old, your minimum heart rate for improvement would be (220 30) x 0.60 = 114 beats per minute. This is how fast your heart should beat during activity to improve your fitness level. Initial level of fitness is an important consideration. For individuals who are more fit, an intensity level of 70% of maximum heart rate may be required to see improvements. Also, how long you do the activity can play a role. Improvement is similar for activities performed at a lower intensity if done for a longer period of time, as long as the total energy burned is equal. For example, suppose a person who runs for 30 minutes stimulates a training effect by working out at 70% of maxi
