What is the turnaround time to incorporate my business?
We usually forward the state approval notice to you within 5-10 business days. IncorpToday offers an “expedited” incorporation service that will have your business incorporated within 1-2 business days. We quickly get you through the formation process by using the Delaware State expedited service. Once completed, we will email you your company file number (also known as your business registration number). The file number is sent within 1-2 business days following the validation of your order. A copy of (the certified certificate and the apostille) will be emailed to you in a pdf format as soon as we receive them from the State. The originals will be sent to your local address upon your request. You can immediately start doing business using your new company upon receiving your company file number and you don’t need to wait until you receive the original paperwork.
