In Germany the studies curricula are being reformed at the moment. Until 2009 the bachelor degree would be the basis of every study here as well and many universities have already changed their offers accordingly. In the USA the Bachelor degree is part of the basic program for many years. This system is in the fundament of the reorientation in Germany.
