You can take GCSEs at any age, some children have passed them at the age of 5. Usually those taking GCSEs significantly early are entered as private candidates; if your school is willing to arrange for you to take the exam before the usual time at the end of year 11, or if you can arrange to do the exam as a private candidate (may be awkward with certain subjects but can be done) then there’s no rule to stop them doing so.
