What is this black ship that shoots 2 missiles?

That ship is the Black Pyro, which was released after the original version of D3 came out. It is available by purchasing the D3 Mercenary expansion pack or by downloading the bpjustice.exe from the downloads section. It is a legal ship, but the weapons are beefed up on it so watch out!
