what is this Mutants the new postage rates take effect in the US?
These are among my favorites of the Bonus Questions: We have an mTurker who has been inserting the words ‘the new postage rates take effect in the US’ in every one of their answers for months! They get paid three cents for each question. The funny part is, the question’s quality is ACTUALLY IMPROVED by the insertion of this random phrase! It is the question within the question and is actually probably more pertinent to the Askville Community than is whatever random drivel the “real” bone-ass question contains! So here’s the 411 on the new postage rates: They will be announced in February 2009, and take effect in May 2009. In November 2008 the parcel rates were raised independently of other rates, for the first time in US Postal Service history. And just in time for the holidays.
