What is Time Warner Cables policy?
To enhance the security of the Road Runner network, it is our policy to disable this feature for all residential customers. This is completed at two locations: the customer’s computer and the Road Runner network. The Road Runner installation software systematically disables the feature on your computer as part of the installation process. Because of the associated risks, Time Warner Cable recommends that customers do not re-enable the Print and File sharing feature.
