Triangle Title Company is an in-house title company for the state of Florida. The escrow closing and title is supervised by a full time attorney that is responsible for and follows up on every closing in the state of Florida only. As for New York, the title company has no affiliations with The Triangle, but we do have an in-house attorney to handle the closing and the closing only. Again in the state of New York and California all checks and deposits for any transactions will be in the name of the attorney representing the client in New York or California ( a list is available for you convenience) a list of escrow are available in CA 13.
