What is unschooling in homeschool that is creating problems?”

I don’t think unschooling IS causing problems. Unschooling is a method of education where the child’s readiness and interests directs the curriculum instead of choosing a curriculum and forcing the child into it. It’s a very freeflowing method of homeschooling, and I have not seen it as problematic. In our family, we unschool in the earlier years and then move to a very relaxed homeschooling when the kids are nearer middle school age. I know families, however, who unschool all the way through graduation, and their kids are educated, bright, and going places.
