The technical presentations and hands-on laboratories were for the most part of high quality and not excessively partisan. Many of the presenters were not employees of Microsoft, and seemed to be making an effort to be as objective as possible. The keynote sessions, on the other hand, were extremely commercial (and, in my opinion, in rather bad taste). WinCE Target Market The marketing and technical capabilities of WinCE are clearly aimed primarily at the Palm-PC market.
