WorkReady Philadelphia is the Citys system to prepare 14 to 21 year old youth to become a highly-skilled 21st century workforce for the City and region. WorkReady coordinates the Citys existing youth employment programs, and also seeks to expand the number of high-quality experiences available for Philadelphia young people. WorkReady Philadelphia is building the infrastructure that will enable us to prepare ALL of our young people for active and productive citizenship. WorkReady is not an event or a program it is a dynamic and ongoing process to build a ready and able workforce for our City, the nation and the world.
