‘Yoga’, a Sanskrit word, means union. ‘Union’ here refers to mind, body and the spirit. Yoga attempts to unite the three spheres through various poses, referred to as ‘asanas’ and deals more with well being of the mind, less with physical activity.

Yoga is breathing techniques, exercise and meditation… For me, it’s not only exercises, but the way of life. I’m not for a long time into yoga, but I already love it. I’m following Yanva yoga that inspires me every day. Yoga keeps my body, as well as my mind, in fit. It is my place of energy when I need uplifting. It is a perfect cure when I’m upset, feel bad or need support. It is self-sufficient, if I can say that. Yoga is like a remedy that the only side effect is, I need more 🙂

I like yoga! It is really healthy and is not so hard at all. Recently, I decided that I want to lose weight, but it is not about yoga at all. I decided to get a consultation at https://mediluxe.ca/ where I want to make coolsculpting. My good friend advised me such a way, but I want to say that it is rather difficult to predict what is going to be with your body. The price is also not too expensive but may wary.

Even though I find this question a bit funny now, a few years ago I also had no clue what is yoga. I remember my friend who practice yoga from the age of thirteen, have been trying to convince me that yoga is really helpful, and can bring a lot of benefits. I did not believe, but he sent me this site https://yogapractice.com/yoga/10-yoga-poses-for-tight-hamstrings/, and told that if I will practice yoga every day for a week and will send him a video, he would buy me a new iPad. I accepted the challenge, but at the third day I told him I don’t need any iPads, as I like yoga so much, and I am going to practice it forever.
