What is you policy for returning damaged/defective product?
We are happy to replace any damaged/defective product if reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at (262) 938 – 6824 or email us at stamping@whippersanpperdesigns.com with your concern. We reserve the right to credit international orders with a credit due to high shipping costs. WSD products that have been purchased at your local store must be returned that location and credited based on their policies.
