What is your upgrade policy regarding WinSAMM to WinSAMM?
Upgrades within the same version are free but not supported without of a support contract or out of warranty. You can download WinSAMM general installer and select options for updating an existing WinSAMM. This installer automatically creates a back up, which includes the last 2 months of events. No warranty is made on self updates.
