Seats are non-refundable, but are transferable (passengers are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance). If a ZERO-G flight is cancelled because of strike, act of God, war, mechanical, weather, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”), Kennedy Space Center (“KSC”) or other governmental or aeronautical authority directive or other problems that make it inadvisable to fly, ZERO-G will attempt to reschedule the Flight within the following 48 hours or as soon as possible after the original Flight time and date. Agent will advise all customers of this potential 48-hour re-fly period. If ZERO-G is unable to reschedule the Flight within 48 hours of the original Flight time, customers will be given a 100% refund. ZERO-G nor ZER-G Puerto Rico is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the trip, including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa or passport fees or any other trip-related expenses.
