What kind of a low carb snacks should I take to work with me?
Cheese, celery sticks, cucumber slices, and pretzels are good low carb snacks. As for your lunch, you could probably eat a salad. Be a little cautious, however, for the fruits in particular. Apples, grapes, and cherries are some fruits that are particularly high in carbs and sugar. Try rasberries or tomatoes for low carb fruits. But if I remember correctly, as long as you generally balance out your carbs and not eat super high carb foods to knock your blood sugar out of balance, you should be fine.
