The local governing authority applying for Cultural District designation will have to provide the information listed in the rules and guidelines. Public meetings held throughout the state were intended to be an opportunity for local governing authorities to let us know if any of the required information was irrelevant, impossible, or cost-prohibitive to obtain or to obtain in accordance with the proposed timetable.
