Royal Bank RBC Direct Investing clients who use Netscape Communicator must use versions 4.5 to 4.77. Netscape Communicator 6 is currently not supported. Clients who use Internet Explorer should use Internet Explorer version 5.5 with 128-bit encryption. If clients use a lower version of Internet Explorer, it has to be Internet Explorer 5.01 Service Pack 1 as it contains security enhancements for Internet Explorer. Clients must use Windows 95 or higher as their operating system.
