What kind of commitment has the City of Port Moody made to PlascoEnergy?

0

The City of Port Moody and PlascoEnergy Group Inc. entered into a non-binding letter of intent to explore the development of a PlascoEnergy waste conversion facility on the site of the former Barnet Highway landfill. If approved, the facility would process post-recycled residual waste that would otherwise be sent to landfill. Should the city proceed with the proposal, it would also receive lease revenue for the site as well as an opportunity for revenue sharing.
