What kind of document is needed to prove that the person I interviewed is a Vietnam Veteran?
You need to provide proof of service for the person you interviewed and for your parent or guardian. This could be the same person or it may be two different individuals. In any case, most veterans have a copy of their DD214(service record) or they may have a copy of their discharge orders. If the veteran does not have proof of service they can contact the county Veteran Service Officer (CVSO), all Wisconsin Counties have one who will be able to recreate the veterans service record.
