What kind of education does a doctor of chiropractic have?

Doctors of Chiropractic are required to have four years of pre-chiropractic education that is similar in content to pre-med courses. After that, four and a half years of chiropractic college is required before graduation. These guidelines are very similar to the educational requirements of a medical doctor or an osteopathic.
