What kind of educational background does Global Banking and Markets look for in its applicants?
The educational background of our employees varies greatly although generally an HBA, BComm, or MBA is preferred. Applications are encouraged from all degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate level. However, in all cases, applicants must possess a strong academic record as a demonstration of both their self-discipline and commitment to excellence. Other qualifications such as the CSC or CFA designations, while not prerequisites for employment, are definite assets.
