What kind of errors/ambiguities are more often found in InterPro?
In the past some methods have led to the identification of false positives (i.e. entries that match signatures but which do not possess the function normally associated with the presence of this signature). Where we have observed this, the methods have been revised and/or the offending entries flagged and removed.
