What kind of gas mileage for a 89 turbo charged dodge charger?

I own a Lebaron 2.2L factory intercooled turbo convertible with a 5 speed. When I really GET on it, the instant fuel economy reading goes as low as 14 mpg. Even with a few aggressive starts, it averages 25 on backroad driving with some city. I have no doubt it would get low 30’s with strictly highway driving. In city driving, I would expect low to mid 20’s. The Charger is a lighter car, so I would “up” your figures a bit. I owned an ’85 2.2L 5spd NONturbo Charger, and it got 37mpg on the highway (driven mildly). If you aren’t getting into the gas, you should do about the same. Deduct maybe 2mpg for an automatic trans.
