What kind of guarantees are there on TechsBest services and equipment?
TechsBest services are warranted for a period of sixty (60) days following the completion of such service. The only exception is that of software related services that are in any way later affected by the end user after services were provided. All parts and equipment provided by TechsBest will be covered by the manufacturer warranty. In some cases the warranty may be extended in writing directly from TechsBest. As an example, our computer systems come with one year parts but two years labor. If TechsBest cannot service or repair equipment still in warranty, then the equipment will be replaced. In the case of computer systems for customers within our service area, warranty service can be provided on-site.
