Geology is a multidisciplinary science and it borrows from just about every other scientific field. It focuses on understanding the earth and all of its systems. This being the case, there is an almost endless amount of fields you can choose to study. Here are just a few: Paleontology Marine Geology Geochemistry Volcanology Petrography/Petrology (the study of minerals and rock formation) Structural Geology (the study of tectonics, faulting, etc) Sedimentary Geology (the study of how sedimentary rocks are deposited, transported and lithified) Economic Geology (the study of ore bearing rocks) Petroleum Geology Hydrogeology (the study of terrestrial water systems, ground water, oxidation of minerals in soil/rocks, etc) These are just a few and keep in mind each one of these has many, many sub-fields and specializations you can go into.
