What kind of processes and documentation are followed at B.A.T.?
B.A.T. has developed its own set of processes called B.A.T. software processes (BSP). All the processes under the BSP umbrella are in line with industry standard processes such as Xtreme programming, Agile processes, RUP, etc. These processes are applied based on the size of the projects, nature of deliverables and overall scope of the project defined. We select an appropriate process from among the BSP to align with our client’s processes to ensure effective flow of communication, progress review and data exchange. The project documentation maintained as part of the quality management process is in line with ISO 9000 documentation.
