What kind of special events or activities does the Parks & Recreation Department sponsor?
A variety of special events are held each year for residents of Cleveland Heights. For the little ones in our community, the annual Spring Egg Hunt held in Forest Hill Park is a must. Our youth hockey players participate each year in the annual Raymond A. Robinson Memorial Tournament, and young swimmers in our Pool Programs entertain in the Cumberland Water Show each August. Runners, walkers and joggers of all ages participate in the Annual Anniversary Fun Run/Walk in the spring, and tennis enthusiasts – from juniors to seniors! – take part in the Cain Park Tennis Tournament each summer.
