the most effective jump training program is one that is customized to fit the strengths and weaknesses of the athlete. If you’re young, it’s likely that you will benefit most from strength training. Squats are the best lower body lift. People will probably tell you to do plyometrics but this type of exercise will only be safe and effective if you have strength first.
