What kinds of consulting positions does McKinsey offer?
We offer a junior associate position to candidates who are about to graduate or who have a few years of work experience after graduation. We offer an associate position to people with advanced professional degrees. If you have relevant professional experience instead of an advanced degree, you may apply for an associate position as an “experienced hire.” For master’s students we have the Helsinki Internship Program with start dates during the semesters.
