What kinds of fees do residents pay?
As with most non-profit retirement communities, Air Force Village residents pay a one-time entrance fee and begin paying a monthly fee upon taking possession of a residence. The entrance fee guarantees lifetime residency, use of common areas, availability of the community’s services and amenities and, at the resident’s option, healthcare services. Entrance fees vary depending on the type of residence, healthcare plan and refund option selected.
