What kinds of goods and services are promising in doing business with North Korea?
Experiencing food crisis, energy crisis, raw materials crisis, consumer goods crisis, and foreign exchanges crisis, North Korea is in dire need of everything from agricultural products to economic and social infrastructure. North Koreas major imports include petroleum, machinery, transport equipment, coal, and grain. Conditions of North Korean roads, railways, ports, communication facilities, electricity, and marketing and distribution channels are very poor.
