A total of three annual meetings, 4 conference calls, and 2 site visits will be scheduled during the three year grant period. Progress reports and expenditure reports are required every 6 months, and a final report will be due at the end of the grant period. Formats for these reports will be provided to grantees at the first grantee meeting.
