What knowledge do you need to become a radiologist?
Go to a radiology department at a nearby hospital or other healthcare industry facility that offers radiology services. Ask the people that work there (in the radiology department) how they became radiologists. Take notes. Go to radiology school. Listen and learn and don’t dope off. Get an internship in a radiology department somewhere during the times radiology school (however long it may be) is not in session. Graduate radiology school. Possibly the places where you did internship may hire you. The school may have a placement program. Word hard and smart. Learn from everyone. Ask questions – the only stupid question is the one not asked. NOT REALLY, BUT IT MAKES EVERYBODY AT THE SEMINAR LISTENING TO YOU SPEAK NOD THEIR HEADS SO YOU GET THE FEELING THEY ARE PROBABLY LISTENING. Enjoy your success and new radiology job.
